Position Summary
This role focuses on completing warranty repairs and general maintenance for a large portfolio of
single-family and twin homes. Some homes are occupied and rented, while others are being prepared for sale. The job involves a wide range of light repairs that do not require a contractor’s
license. When an issue falls outside your skill set, you’ll provide basic diagnosis and update your
supervisor on what trade is needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete warranty repairs and punch-list items across multiple properties.
• Handle general maintenance tasks including drywall patching, painting, hardware replacement,
minor trim work, door adjustments, caulking, and similar repairs.
• Perform basic inspections to identify the cause of issues and determine whether the repair can be completed in-house.
• Document ?ndings and communicate clearly with the supervisor when outside trades are required.
• Work in both occupied and vacant homes while maintaining a respectful and professional presence with tenants.
• Keep work areas clean and secure.
• Track materials, report needed supplies, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Support occasional prep work on homes being readied for sale.

Quali?cations

• Experience in general home maintenance or handyman work.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to assess repair needs.
• Basic knowledge of common household systems and ?nishes.
• Comfortable working independently and managing daily tasks across multiple locations.
• Good communication skills for tenant interaction and supervisor updates.
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift moderate weight, use ladders, and perform hands-on repair tasks.
• Comfortable working in various home conditions and moving between job sites.
